Today, I'm super excited to share my interview with Rico Rivera, team leader at Silicon Valley East Real Estate in Sacramento, CA. Rico is one of those guys that everyone knows and loves, is omnipresent at every event, party, and charity fundraiser, and seems to be the most natural networker you've ever seen.
